I give this a 1 out of 5 stars for two reasons. The first reason is the hat fits poorly, I had three people try it on and they all disliked it. The second reason is I tried to set up a return (for the above reason) and was told this item in non returnable. You should state that on the page that items are non returnable. Now I have a hat that doesn’t fit and can’t be returned.
