This vintage seal and throwback BU Terriers logo are a match made in heaven (aka, a match made in Boston). Originally chartered in 1869, Boston University’s main campus along the Charles River brought together the geographically disparate campus into a more cohesive unit. Their Boston terrier mascot saw them through most of this rapid growth, after the student body elected the unique pup as their mascot in 1922.
