Vintage Long Leg Jayhawk Hoodie
- Free exchanges
This adorable and unique Jayhawk originates from 1912, and was used by the University of Kansas until 1920. The “Jayhawk” is a mythical bird originating from when Kansas was just a territory (around 1850) and popularized during the Civil War. This particular Jayhawk was drawn by Henry Maloy, who gave the bird shoes for kicking opponents. He stands tall and proud in front of a vintage KU and is printed on our super soft oatmeal hoodie.
