The 1991 Final Four is one for the history books. Basketball coaching legend Mike Krzyzewski won his first NCAA tournament title with the Duke Blue Devils, with star Christian Laettner wowing crowds and earning tournament MVP. Though the Blue Devils didn't get to meet rivals UNC in the championship game, this was an early meeting between Coach K and Roy Williams, who was coaching at Kansas at the time.
