Marketing Partnerships Coordinator

About the Role

As Marketing Partnerships Coordinator at Homefield, you will help build and support the relationships that connect Homefield with colleges, universities, brands, and other strategic partners. Working closely with the Vice President of Marketing Partnerships & Events and key internal and external stakeholders, you will help bring partnership programs to life while ensuring each relationship is thoughtfully managed and positioned for long-term growth.

This is an early-career role for someone who is highly organized, relationship-oriented, and excited by the intersection of college sports, brands, and creative marketing. You will support partnership opportunities from initial outreach through execution and reporting, helping ensure that Homefield's partners receive thoughtful service and that our programs deliver against their goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work directly with college, university, and brand partners to support the development and execution of Homefield partnership programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as a responsive and reliable day-to-day point of contact.
  • Support the Vice President of Marketing Partnerships & Events in identifying, engaging, and developing potential local and national partnership opportunities.
  • Assist with partnership outreach, presentations, proposals, follow-up, and other business development efforts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partnership deliverables, timelines, and commitments are clearly communicated and executed.
  • Help manage partnership inventory, gifting, wholesale needs, custom fulfillment, and other partner-specific requests in coordination with the operations team.
  • Maintain organized records of partnership agreements, deliverables, contacts, timelines, and other key program information.
  • Track partnership deliverables and proactively communicate outstanding needs or potential issues to internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as point-of-contact for local retail partnership opportunities and in-store gameday promotions to ensure satisfactory results across multiple locations.
  • Analyze partnership activity and results to identify opportunities to improve future programs and strengthen partner relationships.
  • Coordinate with the Digital Design to ensure partner branding, creative assets, and other materials are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Content, Design, Operations, and other internal teams to execute partnership initiatives.
  • Help identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and develop new ways for Homefield to provide value to partners.
  • Balance annual partnership budgets and report budgetary status regularly to internal marketing stakeholders.
  • Lead onboarding and brand orientation efforts to all third-party partners to ensure industry best practices and brand representation.
  • Lead all day-to-day communications with Homefield sponsored talent to ensure brand continuity and prioritization in all generated advertisement and sponsorship.
  • Contribute to a high level of service and professionalism in all interactions with Homefield partners.
  • Fulfill on-site marketing partnership event needs as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant partnership marketing or agency experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Must have current driver’s license
  • Must be able to lift equipment and goods up to 35lbs
  • Must be able to drive distances exceeding 400mi
  • Must be comfortable flying regularly
  • Proficient with Excel, spreadsheets, and Google suite of tools.
  • Experience working within Monday.com work management platform a plus
  • Familiarity with marketing campaign tools
  • Familiarity with Shopify systems a plus
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends
  • Must maintain continuous availability during College Football’s regular season, playoffs, March Madness, and the Baseball and Softball College World Series.
