Major Disappointment So Far

My son sent me the link to find Homefield on Jan. 28 for the basketball shirt he ordered thinking I would like it. I liked it so much I ordered three shirts on Jan. 28., the day he ordered his shirts. On Feb. 2 (Wednesday) I received an email from Homefield saying we’ve packed your order and it will ship within the next business day. The next business day, Feb. 3 (Thursday), I receive an email now telling me your order is still in process! “Our small but mighty team is working hard to get your order out the door as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!” On Feb. 4 my son texts a picture to me of him wearing his shirt that was ordered the same day as my shirts. No more updates have been received by me. My shirts have not been delivered. The next communication came from Homefield on Wednesday, Feb. 9. That email asked me to please submit a review of the three shirts I ordered. Based on my UPS tracking number, the status of my order today (15 days after the order was placed, 9 days after Homefield indicated my order would be shipped) is that a shipping label has been created. That’s it! How do you like the shirts? Really? What shirts? March Madness will be over before these shirts are delivered! I will probably have to leave one star but am going to try and leave zero stars which is still less than what Homefield deserves. What a cluster!

Love my shirt!

I work at a collegiate store where we normally receive Homefield apparel. However, we do not carry this particular shirt, and I HAD to have hit! Shipping wasn’t super quick, but I wasn’t worried about that. It looks just as good as the picture and Homefield always has the most comfy shirts! This shirt is awesome! Keep up the great work Homefield apparel!

Soft Goodness

As usual, Homefield has the softest T-shirts/Hoodies/Crewnecks, in the game! Also the best graphics by a mile. I def recommend sizing up on the T-shirts if you are unsure. I'm just waiting for more Auburn merch to drop, then I will be dropping more funds. I can't have enough Homefield. Shipping works great, they keep you posted on the status, and get it shipped to you, when they say they will. A+++!!! (WarEagle)
