While we opted for vintage Louisville logos and marks when designing this jacket, our inspiration is relatively contemporary. We loved when the Cards started to feature the color black more prominently in the 2010s on both their helmets and on their uniforms. Notably, 2016 Heisman winner Lamar Jackson wore the sleek, all-black jerseys throughout his three seasons at Louisville.
