We went all out for this vintage mark mashup in honor of the 1985 Cherry Bowl in Pontiac, Michigan. Maryland faced off against Syracuse, who gave up 22 unanswered points to the Terps after starting the game with a lead. “Cherry Bowl II” was an ill-fated sequel – the bowl folded after 1985, but Maryland’s 35-18 win (in their beloved “Terps” script helmets) lives forever.
