Montana State’s second National Championship came in 1976, when they went undefeated in the Big Sky Conference and 12-1 overall. With legendary coach Sonny Holland at the helm and lefty quarterback Paul Dennehy leading the offense, the Bobcats handled each of their Division II opponents. MSU defeated New Hampshire and North Dakota State in the D-II playoffs’ quarter and semifinals before taking down Akron for the title; they were the first Big Sky team to win a national championship in football. Brought to you in partnership with College Vault. Products are mocked up on a size S. Graphics may appear smaller on larger sizes.
MTS-BOXT-002-XXLOur heavyweight tees have a wide chest and body, to offer a vintage fit. If you prefer an athletic fit, consider sizing down.
