After an injury to Dereck Whittenburg knocked the Wolfpack down in the regular season standings, NC State ended up winning the ACC tourney to secure their spot in the 1983 NCAA tournament. Their close games earned them the nickname “The Cardiac Pack,” even before the championship game against Houston. Lorenzo Charles caught and dunked a last-second air ball from Whittenburg, giving NC State a miraculous 54-52 win over Phi Slama Jama. Brought to you in partnership with College Vault.

GO PACK! But also go one size up.

I love what Homefield has going on with their designs and quality of their products. Keep up the good work! Super comfy and fits well. Colors are a good representation of NC State red, which I really appreciate, I know it it hard to match our specific shade of red sometimes. This will not be my last purchase from the Homefield crew.
