Man, where do I even start? I bought this sweatshirt in the limestone color, which, personal opinion, I did not love. The color just was not something I would wear on a daily basis. I took advantage of the free exchange option, and started that process for the grey color. I wanted an extra-large, but that size was out of stock in that color, a Homefield rep spoke with me and assured me that they would be able to get me the grey color in the size I wanted. I was already so amazed with the customer service, not knowing that it could get better. Well, I ordered that exchange in early April. Come late April, I was getting a little worried it wasn't coming, so I contacted Homefield Customer Service. I just wanted to make sure the order wasn't lost, and Joe G. was so amazing. He profusely apologized and explained there had been an error in their system to where it didn't automatically start my new order. The next day my sweatshirt was shipped and it arrived two days after that. I just loved that they apologized and explained what happened without excuses. Homefield and its team are good people. Love this place! The sweatshirt is amazing too. Great quality and perfect for everyday wear. The print doesn't stick off the sweatshirt or feel heavy like some brands. Homefield, keep up the epic work.
