Nevada Wolf Pack basketball has a long history of success, including during their two separate stints in the Far Western Conference. Nevada joined the Far Western Conference the first time from 1925 to 1939, and rejoined again from 1954 to 1969. The basketball team dominated the FWC both times they were a member, winning ten regular season titles. The team earned its last FWC championship in 1966, which we celebrated here, paired with this dapper vintage wolf.
