Former Indiana football and basketball player Cam Cameron returned to his alma mater as head football coach in 1997, bringing a new logo and a powerful offense with him back to Bloomington. Under Cameron, quarterback Antwaan Randle El and running back Levron Williams formed one of the country’s most dynamic offensive duos, with Williams earning All-Big Ten first team honors and Randle El being named first team All-American in 2001. Despite exciting offensive explosions like a six touchdown performance from Williams in a 63-20 win at Wisconsin and Randle El becoming the first player in NCAA history to pass for 40 career touchdowns while rushing for 40 more, Cameron’s tenure came to an end in 2001 (and with it, the infamous oval logo).

It’s crimson

Love my newest Homefield shirt. It is crimson, not red, and is so soft! I have been looking for a long time for a “never daunted” shirt and am thrilled that Homefield has come through. The fit is perfect. If this shirt is continued, I would love to see a scoop or V- neckline, as I think they would be more flattering for women customers.
