The Amazing Aggies wowed college basketball in 1970, when they went on an incredible Final Four run in the NCAA Tournament. Coached by NMSU legend Lou Henson, New Mexico State won the Midwest region. They would eventually fall to UCLA during the Bruins’ championship streak, but won their third-place game against St. Bonaventure. Brought to you in partnership with College Vault.
