Purdue’s School of Aeronautics and Astronautics is renowned worldwide, and lives up to its “Cradle of Astronauts” nickname; nearly a third of U.S. flights to space have had a Purdue grad aboard, and 11 missions have had multiple Boilers on board. For this vintage-inspired design, we combined Purdue’s incredible astronautics legacy with their deep love of basketball and depicted Purdue Pete “shootin’ for the moon.” In other words, to paraphrase Purdue’s most famous astronaut alum: one small step for Purdue Pete, one giant leap for Boilermaker-kind. Products are mocked up on a size S. Graphics may appear smaller on larger sizes.
