Back in the day, though, the university experimented with official colors, including light pink and pea green, as well as pink and blue. They officially went with orange in 1890, and we’re still partial to the color scheme to this day. Brought to you in partnership with College Vault.

Poor customer service

Horrible! My order didn’t arrive and when I notified the company all I received was an automated reply that stated someone would get back to me in 3 days and to not send a second request. After weeks I still had not been contacted. I was unable to find a phone number so I sent another notification that I had not received my item. Again the automated response. This time I did get a response from customer service by email though not within the three days. The first email stated that a search would be done to see what happened. The second stated that I could have a refund or the item would be mailed. Before I could even respond a third email stated another order had been submitted. Which was fine. The item arrived about 2 weeks later. It is a nice sweatshirt. It is soft and looks nice. However, it appears to have picked up an unpleasant oder from the plastic bag in which it was shipped. I have it hanging in the garage in hopes the smell will dissipate. I had ordered the sweatshirt as a Christmas gift for my brother in law. He was undergoing radiation for prostate cancer. Syracuse was his Alma mater and I thought the sweatshirt might make him feel better and he could wear it to his treatments. His treatments are complete so I guess it will now be a gift to celebrate that completion. Not what was intended but hopefully he will still enjoy it.
