While it may be a sprawling urban oasis today, the University of Texas at Austin started with a much smaller footprint. UT is nicknamed the “Forty Acres” after the size of the original tract set aside by the state. The perimeter of the original campus was only 1 mile, but is now more than four miles, comprising 431 acres. Brought to you in partnership with College Vault.

    Great shirt, better customer service.

We own around 10 shirts from homefield and they are great. My wife loves how soft they are. She asked for another so when I ordered Georgia shirts for my father I added one for her. We received them but noticed her shirt was the wrong size. Homefield sent us the correct size and let us keep the mistake shirt. We have given to a friend and made them a customer as well!

Unlike the Big 12, this shirt will never go out of style!

At first glance, I thought the logo and reference to the 40 Acres were pretty cool, but when I actually got this shirt in my hands… Wow! Just wow! B-e-a-utiful. The screen printing details on this are way better in-person… impecable really. This is the best looking UT shirt that I own by far. (Here’s looking at you Swoosh and campus Co-Op!). And just like every other review on here have stated: the materials that Homefield uses for their clothing is top notch; it doesn’t get better. Biggest tip: I would suggest getting a size larger... I usually wear a Medium and I definitely needed a size Large for this shirt. Hook ‘em and enjoy!
