UMass won its first hockey national championship in 2021, showing resilience through a challenging season. The team was a bit slow out of the gate, struggling in goal (an area where they typically excelled), and had one of its hot streaks cut short by a pandemic-related athletics pause at the university. Still, the Minutemen made their way through the NCAA tournament to the Frozen Four, where they defeated Minnesota Duluth with a COVID-depleted roster. Two key Minutemen returned to the ice in the final, where UMass defeated St. Cloud State, 5-0. Products are mocked up on a size S. Graphics may appear smaller on larger sizes.
