UT Vols Pride of the Southland Vintage Tee
- Free exchanges
The University of Tennessee band began playing in 1869 as a part of the school’s military program and became known as the “Pride of the Southland” in 1949. Before every home game in Knoxville, the band marches to the stadium through the heart of campus, playing “Rocky Top” almost the entire way. Fans and alumni love the Salute to “The Hill,” where the band stops at the oldest section of campus and pays tribute to the history and tradition of the university.
