Before Kennesaw State opted for a “KS” monogram as its official athletic logo, the school used this creative “Owls” wordmark throughout the 1990s and 2000s. The core logo, featured here, highlights the intimidating stare of the Great Horned Owl; the “O” was sometimes replaced with a basketball to tailor the mark specifically to the men’s and women’s basketball teams.
