I never do reviews but I am because overall experience was very poor. First off it took about a month for me to receive my order. The worst part about the long wait was I contacted customer service after two weeks for an update on my order since that seemed like a long time to not receive my order and they said it should be put together that week. After two more weeks I reached out and said I would like a refund and, wouldn’t you know it, my order was shipped later that day. Besides this delivery annoyance once I received my item it was worse. The sweatshirt did not fit according to the sizing guide it is very tight. It isn’t just tight on the shoulders and stomach areas but also on my arms which I’ve never experienced with a sweatshirt making me think they might even have sent me the wrong size. It’s fairly soft material but it feels thin and cheap definitely not worth the price I payed for it. I will definitely not be ordering from this company again.
