It's an instantly recognizable slogan, and a timeless one at that -- we know your heart is in it when you sing, "on Iowa, on for evermore!" We paired the famous phrase with a football-themed rendition of Herky, the Hawkeyes' beloved mascot, originally drawn up by Iowa instructor Dick Spencer in 1948.
