Fan of NUMB & NUMB alums + most purple of '22 Homefield NU shirts

Most vividly colored -- with purple shirt and generous amount of deep purple on rendering of marching Willie the Wildcat -- of all '22 NU shirts. Great to wear during annual Homecoming performance that combines current Northwestern band with alums on the field. Comfortable AND clever retro cartoon design, just like other shirts in my order. Would love a long sleeved tee or sweatshirt with all this purple in future, hint to Homefield

Band & Hail to Purple: deep purple accents in design

IMHO the best-designed purple Northwestern T-shirt offered by Homefield. Cartoon rendering of Willie the Wildcat as drum major is retro and beautifully attention-getting with lots of rich purple accents. Very cool and includes alma mater lyrics "Hail to Purple Hail to White" Gotta love the band and the annual Homecoming return of NUMB Alums. Comfortable oversized 3X. A long sleeve T option would be welcome.

I Don’t Even Know If A Wildcat Growls, But This Shirt Slaps

Listen: alma maters* by and large suck out loud. Northwestern’s doesn’t, thanks in no small part to the efforts of John P Paynter (and the continued stewardship of Mallory Thompson). Combining a succinct lyric choice while bringing the Marching Willie logo out of the relative obscurity of “If you know, you know” NUMB membership is sublime. You know the shirt is comfy, I don’t need to tell you that, and I think the stitching has been upgraded since the last order I made. Just buy the damn shirt. *almas mater? Almae? Mat…en? This is why Latin is deader than whatever is making South Bend smell that way.
